What is Dual Pricing?

The Dual Pricing program allows business owners to profit from all transactions as if they were paid in cash. We provide hardware and software that automatically shows customers a separate cash and credit price, like gas stations have been doing for years. Gone are the days of complicated interchange fees, PCI compliance fees, etc - they are all rolled into a flat rate, and we simply retain the difference between the credit and cash price to pay all processing costs for you while keeping your business aligned with Visa, MasterCard, and processor compliance regulations. 

What if I don't like the Dual Pricing or Hybrid Pricing program after a weeks or months?

If for any reason you are dissatisfied with the pricing structure you have been set up with, we will immediately change you to  traditional Interchange Pricing. There is no risk in trying a new pricing structure, and never account management fees associated with the change.

Why do you offer the Dual Pricing and Hybrid Pricing Programs?

We have been in the financial industry for over 15 years, and have always been an advocate acting in the best interest of merchants, saving our clients thousands of dollars each year. By offering various pricing structures, we give our clients the flexibility to choose the savings plans that best suits their unique business. 

What if I have a terminal lease?

 We understand that terminal leases are often difficult to cancel, but don't let that delay you from switching to the processor that is right for you. On average, businesses save over $500 per month by utilizing our dual pricing program. There will still be plenty of savings even while you continue paying off your lease.


If your leased terminal is out of date, we can also provide the latest up to date equipment FREE of charge.

What if I am under contract with my current processor?

Depending on your business's monthly sales volume, you may qualify for a reimbursement of part, or all of the cancellation fee your current processor charges. 


You will never have to worry about a contract or cancellation fee with SW Merchant Services!

How do I set up the new countertop terminal or POS system that SW Merchant Services provides?

It is our team's goal to ensure a seamless transition to using our services. This includes ensuring that your new system is setup properly on location and you feel comfortable using it. Once your new account with SW Merchant Services is approved, your dedicated sales representative will reach out to you to schedule an equipment installation date.

How will I get my card payment deposits?

Your funds will be deposited directly into your chosen business checking account on a daily basis.

When will I receive my card payment deposits?

SW Merchant Services understands how important it is for merchants to have access to their money quickly, so we offer next day funding options! Qualification for next-day funding depends on the terminal in use and the daily settlement time.
